Responsible for VHS - the Wistia design system - including identifying needed components, documenting usage, and creation & implementation. Execute against vision for a visual refresh of the product. Focus on team processes and providing feedback to designers based on a “birds-eye” view of the Wistia product.

Led design for Core Product Experience to bring podcasts into Wistia. Broke down large projects into actionable tasks to take on personally or delegate. Provided direct feedback and coaching to direct report, leading (in part) to a promotion.

Responsible for visual design and UX for QuitNet, an online smoking cessation community with a large active user base. Balanced needs of non-technical users with product goals to identify, assess, and plan new features on a team of copy writers, project managers, front-end developers, and back-end engineers to make sure product proceeded according to roadmap. Collaborated with other designers at the company to maintain consistent quality across products.

Designed marketing communications to be sent to North American PayPal consumers such as onboarding emails, display ads, and PayPal website placements. Worked with marketing managers to develop strategies for engaging with consumers. Worked with agencies and provide feedback on externally developed creative in order to maintain consistent quality and tone across all NA marketing. Developed new creative styles to push the brand further while respecting current brand guidelines and legacy creative.
